Mini earthenware vases with honey glazed, hand carved designs by Eastbourne ceramicist Steph Tooley. Each vase is a slightly different size & shape so you can choose your favourite or make a group of 2 or 3.
Steph uses a Korean technique called Sang Gam to create the patterns in her work. The technique involves carving the motif, filling with slip and then scraping back to reveal the pattern. The colours and fine, hand carved lines in her work give each piece a real feeling of tradition and history.
Approx sizes from: 6cm - 10cm tall
