Delivery & Returns

We have tried our best to keep our shipping costs as low as possible so that you can try on your favourite Chapter 2 boots at home with ease:

US shipping:

All shoes & boots will be shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed with a DDP service (Deliveries Duties Paid). 

As a US customer when you checkout the UK VAT will be removed from your order, however, due to the new tariff rules import duties to the US will be calculated and payable at checkout. This means all the duties are paid upfront so there won't be any surprises and you'll know exactly what you'll pay before you purchase. 

Please also note that we are only able to ship orders up to a value of $800 so if you are planning to order above $800 you will need to make more than one order. Thanks for your understanding.

EU shipping:

Due to new GSPR regulations we are currently unable to ship to EU & Northern Ireland. We are hoping to find a way to navigate the new rules so that we can re-introduce shipping to the EU again. Thanks for your understanding.

SHIPPING TERMS:

All orders will be processed and sent out within 3 working days with Royal Mail Signed For or International Tracked & Signed. All shipments will require a signature upon receipt. The only exception to this are orders below £50, shoe laces or Made to Order swatches which will be shipped with 1st class Royal Mail.

International customers please note UK VAT will not be charged on your orders, however import taxes and duties are payable on your orders; for US customers duties will be calculated and paid at checkout, for other international destinations duties will be calculated once the package reaches your country. All import duty or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than signed for at your address.

On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact us by email at studio@chapter2store.com quoting your order number and we will do our best to assist you further. 

REFUND POLICY:

CHAPTER 2 will refund orders returned within 14 days of purchase (delivery costs will not be refunded).

This excludes any items bought in the Archive Sale which can only be returned for a credit note, and all Made to Order styles which are handcrafted specially for you and are therefore not eligible for refund.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. As leather soles mark when worn outside or on hard flooring we recommend you to try your shoes or boots on a carpet or rug in case you need to return them. Any shoes not returned in their original condition will not be eligible for refund.

If you need to make a return please contact studio@chapter2store.com within 14 days of your purchase quoting your order number to let us know you are sending a return. Postage costs are payable by the customer for all returns, please make sure that you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If you would like to exchange a product for another size or colour please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
