There's a saying in shoe making "last comes first" and it's of the most important concepts in creating a shoe. The last is the block which we form the shoe around and to create a beautiful shoe you need to start with a beautiful last. It needs to look good and it also needs to fit at all the crucial points. As you may know already we have been working on developing a womens shoe for a little while now and we have been stuck at the beginning of the development - we haven't got the right last yet. Currently on the third version we have been working with our last maker in Spain to make the right fit combined with aesthetic. We are nearly there! Here's a little peek inside the last makers...
