What could be more exciting than a night at the museum? a night sleeping with the dinosaurs at the Natural History Museum. Too exciting! Connor chose to sleep underneath a huge Ichthyosaur fossil and we spend the evening making dino t-shirts, learning about giant squids and a trail of the dinosaur skeletons by torch light. Not much sleep was had - too many snoring dads, one of them even sounded like roaring a dinosaur! The following morning I woke to find Connor cuddling his shoes ;) After breakfast we spent the day exploring the whole museum including Connor's favourite section: the birds - especially the owls.
Such a treat for a change to have some time just me and my eldest boy and doing something as super special as this. Highly recommended!
